We stayed at the summer camp, the kid came back happy, well-fed and discovered new sports — like Grass ski, the only grass skiing in Kazakhstan.

Huge thanks to animator Alexandra!
Attentive, warm and creative approach to kids.
The kids were thrilled — fun quests, active tasks, lots of motion.
They especially loved making felt yurts with their own hands.

Parents ask

Most frequent

Real questions from parents.
Didn't find an answer — message us on WhatsApp, we reply within a business day.

How is safety ensured?
Closed Resort grounds with 24/7 security and access control.
On-site clinic and on-duty doctor 24/7.
All activities are with instructors and protective gear.
After mountain hikes counselors check kids.
What about ticks in the mountains?
Since we are in the mountains, a small risk exists — so in April we treated the whole area against ticks; a second pass is in early June.
No bite cases.
Counselors check kids after hikes, sprays are used.
Medical care is available 24/7.
My kid has food allergies — do you handle that?
Yes, we pass all dietary specifics to the food service.
Counselors watch over the kid during meals.
My kid is allergic to horses — what to do?
We'll limit the horse center for your kid and offer alternative activities.
We recommend bringing antihistamines with prescription — we hand them to our medic with a note for your kid.
How are boys and girls roomed?
In comfortable eco-cottages with private shower and toilet, 8 beds per cottage, usually fewer.
Boys and girls live separately, age and parent preferences are considered.
Do you split kids into units?
Yes, by age — programs run more effectively.
Kids come up with the unit name and chants themselves, take part in performances.
On Resort activities units may join up.
My kid is shy — will they fit in?
The first day is adaptation for everyone, not all find common ground at once.
Our task is to help them make friends and feel comfortable.
The counselor team works on this from day one.
What if a kid is homesick?
The counselor team works with the kid to make it comfortable.
We stay in touch with parents.
In tricky cases we decide individually, without pressure.
Do counselors speak English and Kazakh?
Yes.
English — can run the program fully in English if needed.
Kazakh — yes, the main program is in Russian, but on misunderstanding we switch to Kazakh.
Can we visit the kid?
Yes, by agreement with the organizers and at set times.
Can we send food along?
Chips, sweets and the like are not allowed — the camp has full balanced meals, such products lower appetite.
What about bad weather?
There is a backup indoor program.
Activities are not canceled.
Is there a way to reach the kid?
Yes, parents can contact via coordinator Karina or the counselor.
All contacts — in the shared parents WhatsApp chat.
How does payment work?
The manager will send a payment link within a business day after confirmation.
If you write after 7 PM — answer next day.
We accept various methods.
